Sarah talks about how people who think they don’t know anything about horses are the best horse people, and they end the podcast with personal stories of how getting in touch with a horse’s zone has assisted them.

Jim always loved animals, and shares his initial experience of working and volunteering with different animals and people, his first experience with horses was cleaning stalls at the age of 17. He enjoys the process of being a horseman, and now leads an exciting life and even owns horses. 

Jim shares the experience of being with horses like painting and shares that just the shading, the lighting and the nuances are different everyday. He stresses on the importance of everyday is a new day with horses and knowing that it is a painting in progress.   

Furthermore, Sarah and Jim speak on being vulnerable in relationships and with a horse too. They also speak about true relaxation and what the horses show them about relaxation for them.
